Yoga

Etymologically yoga has been derived from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj Dhatu' which stands for connecting soul with Almighty. It is thus link between man's spiritual minds with Almighty. Yoga has been in vogue since ancient times. It had the approval of the common man as well as the royalty.

It is the redirection of thoughts, mind through physical activities which are carried out in a much disciplined way. The absence of physical expression viz-a-viz physical take off is yoga. Yoga has been one of the biggest manifestations of Hindu auteur. It has not to do anything with any kind of mythology or religion. It is in fact controlling mind with muscle movements. Yoga does not require any sort of equipment or physical torture. It keeps us physically and mentally fit. It develops our aptitudes for better physical and mental aspiration. It is building health without any cost. Yoga keeps us away from many diseases of late. The researchers made in yoga have given a big list of Aasan's to avoid the recurrence of such diseases. The heart ailments, the ortho complexities, the neural problems find a solution in different yoga asans. Yoga does not require a big sports arena or field for its performance. Yoga always shows a new direction for the success of life. It creates a mental attitude and a format for reaping the best for the least. Yoga requires leadership and should not be carried out without a guru or a teacher.

Yoga needs a strong willpower and must carry out yoga asana according to our capacities and capabilities. Yoga makes us enabled in carrying out our tasks. The nation and the world owe much to our beloved Prime Minister Mr. Narender Modi for exposing yoga to the world community. It was in the month of September, 2015 that he vehemently called upon the various leaders of the world to join the movements adopting yoga day on June 21st of every year. It was first time that nearly 177 countries of the world adopted 21 June of every year as International Yoga Day.

It is matter of pride for all of us to have become a leader in yoga throughout the world. Yoga is being made compulsory in the various state of India. Yoga has bound nations together through peaceful, spiritual and physical activity.
